Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of SetupClaws services (“Service”) provided by SetupClaws (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

SetupClaws provides deployment and configuration services for OpenClaw, an open-source AI agent platform. Our services include infrastructure provisioning, software installation and configuration, OAuth integration setup, workflow configuration, and post-deployment support ("hypercare"). All services are provided on a one-time fee basis as described in our pricing.

2. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon confirmation of your deployment engagement. We accept payment via bank transfer or credit card. All fees are non-refundable unless we fail to deliver the agreed deployment within 5 business days of the confirmed start date, in which case you are entitled to a full refund. Additional agent deployments are billed at the applicable add-on rate.

3. Scope of Services

Our deployment includes: (a) infrastructure setup as specified in your deployment tier, (b) OpenClaw installation and configuration, (c) Composio OAuth integration for tools specified in your kickoff call, (d) up to three pre-configured workflows as agreed during the kickoff call, (e) 14-day hypercare period with the support terms described in our pricing. Changes to scope after the kickoff call may incur additional fees, which we will communicate and obtain approval for before proceeding.

4. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to: (a) provide accurate information during the kickoff call, (b) make yourself available for the kickoff call and final review, (c) provide administrative access to required tools for OAuth configuration, (d) respond to hypercare communications within 48 hours to maintain service continuity, (e) comply with the terms of service of all tools and platforms integrated with your deployment.

5. Data and Security

We implement security best practices including Docker sandboxing, Composio OAuth middleware, and network firewall configuration. However, you are responsible for the security of your own accounts and infrastructure. We do not store your tool credentials. All OAuth tokens are managed by Composio's platform under their security policies. You maintain full ownership and control of your OpenClaw deployment and all associated data.

6. OpenClaw License

OpenClaw is an open-source project licensed under its respective open-source license. SetupClaws does not claim ownership of OpenClaw. Our service fees cover deployment, configuration, and support services — not a license to the underlying OpenClaw software, which is freely available. You are responsible for complying with OpenClaw's open-source license terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SetupClaws shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service that is the subject of the claim.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We warrant that we will perform services with reasonable skill and care, but do not warrant that the AI agent will meet all your requirements or that it will be error-free. AI agent performance depends on the quality of your connected data, the accuracy of your workflow specifications, and the capabilities of underlying AI models.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the engagement, including but not limited to business workflows, tool configurations, and team communications. This obligation survives termination of the engagement for a period of two years.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
